Orders placed after 7:00 PM Eastern Time (New York) will be processed the next business day.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Coast & Shore Florida is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or by external logistics providers.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Coast & Shore Florida reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
